Julia and Jack fell in love in the Atlanta neighborhood of Grant Park, over chess and coffee. From the beginning it was apparent that Jack was caring and steady, and he brought out the comedian in Julia, because he was easy to make laugh. The two of them spent their weekends at Atlanta farmers markets and music festivals, and it wasn’t long until Jack asked Julia to be his wife in a garden he played in as a child.
The day of the wedding was beautiful and hot – but didn’t seem to phase them as they pledged their love to each other.
Like most outdoor weddings on family owned land, there was lots of hard work put in, which was worth every minute when it all came together! They are both so loved by all of their family, who was happy to work hard to make the wedding breathtaking.
Their first dance was to Under a Blanket of Blue, which filled my head for the rest of the evening as I documented their sweet love. I’ll leave the lyrics here for you to enjoy!
